In as much as the Business/Technology Analyst performs the
function of a "General Practitioner", the area of Consulting
Services are the "Specialists" brought in to resolve the issues
identified during the course of the analysis. The
Business/Technology Analyst and Consulting Services are
comprised of some of the brightest minds in business. They are
familiar with the "psychology of management and technology."
All have practical, hands-on business and/or technology
experience. Nothing is left to theory. The minimum requirements
to qualify for employment as a consultant is a college degree
and ten years of direct business experience in mid to upper
level management positions. A significant number of our
Consultants have Masters and Doctorate degrees, and numerous
professional certifications across multiple industries and
disciplines. The cumulative years of consulting experience of
our staff measure in the hundreds of years. They are
knowledgeable about your industry and possess the skills
necessary to assist you in all aspects of your change process.
The concept is observed in the development and implementation
of recommendations tailored to your business' specific needs.
Regular counsel sessions are conducted between on-site staff,
senior management, and Your Net Result consultants to seek
resolutions to your unique situation.
Support services include a well-equipped research department
capable of accessing industry standards and technological data.
The Your Net Result Research Department gathers
industry-specific data and information to provide our
specialists with current resources. Additionally, while
preserving client confidentiality, all projects are documented
and serve as a resource library for comparative analysis and
review for future engagements. Thousands of client case
histories are available to our consulting team to assist them
in developing unique creative solutions to address your
particular business difficulties. Our consultants also draw
from a series of computer databases including articles,
academic papers, and management reports.
The team applies this information -- plus onsite interviews and
investigation -- to compile recommendations, procedures, and
solutions which are applicable to your business.
All recommendations and procedures that are developed are
implemented with your employees so they are fully functional
prior to the conclusion of the engagement. The recommendations
and procedures are documented so that they may serve as a
reference to existing employees, and be utilized for the
training of future employees.
Prior to the commencement of the consulting engagement, the
Analyst determines the hours required to accomplish
the engagement objectives. The client is responsible for the
hourly billing rate and the reasonable travel expenses related
to the engagement. If additional time (beyond the hours
determined by the Business Analyst) is required to complete the
engagement objectives, Your Net Result will incur the hourly
billing charges, not the client.
Since client management is a pro-active part of the development
and implementation of our solutions, you are continually
apprised of the program's progress. No surprises. Client
management fully comprehends the concept and implementation.
